After the discovery of the bone, the activity has ramped up like crazy.
Then, about two weeks ago, we needed to have some work done on the foundation in that huge, dirt-floored crawlspace room. With the freshwater ravine running along and under the house we get a lot of moisture and groundwater that flows towards the house as they built it on the lower part of the property, not a higher area like usual.
When our contractor was down there working on it he kept hearing a female voice saying "what are you doing?" He thought it was me until he called out to me and got no response. I was upstairs and had music on to drown out the random noises and disturbances that come with any alteration to the house or property. He was so freaked out that he finished up for the day. He mentioned how nervous he was to have to go down there again to finish up, and later on called me with the complaint of feeling like he was gagging on dirt. This wasn't the first time this happened either. When I dug up the bone, even wearing a respirator, I could taste dirt in my mouth. For hours I felt like it was in my throat, and could find nothing to overpower or make the taste go away.
That night, he got a call from the last owner who was sent photos of the back deck rebuild he just finished, and the work that was being done on the foundation. I don't know how it came up, but she said something to the tune of, oh I'm so sorry you have to work down in that horrible room.
Finally! an opportunity to get some legit information on the house, and a chance to hopefully shed light on some of the more "unique aspects" of its design, and outside decor. Here I am referring to the 103 cement blocks (that are only placed on the walkway up, and at each entrance to the house, even the garage) that are adorned with rock colour patterns, mixed symbolism from all parts of the world including Japanese characters, Celtic symbols, a German headstone, as well as many others we cannot identify even after 2 years of trying. Also the 7 different roof angles, the several small structures on the property, and most of all that creepy room with energy so thick it feels like your walking through a thick, heavy, fog of unnerving negative energy.
He asked her if my suspicions of how many others rented it before we rented to buy, as we get mail for 7 different people no longer living here. Apparently, we are the first people to stay the longest since 1999 when the additions were added. The original structure she said was built in the '70s and that she had found out that Occult members occupied the house after construction before her husband bought it and left it to her. She was told by neighbors that it was indeed true, and when moving in they found a lot of "suspicious" items in that room, as well as the rest of the house.
Well, that added a few more pieces to this mystery, and I am currently awaiting requested records for the house and the acreage it sits on. We already know there was nothing here before the house was built in the 70's other than a Native Encampment over 300 years ago. Which unfortunately due to a landslide resulted in hundreds of deaths of the Indigenous people.
Before he came back to finish up, I cleansed and charged the room to the best of my knowledge and ability. When he arrived, I heard loud banging sounds coming from that room. I figured he had let himself in downstairs through the mudroom, but when I went to find him I saw he was still outside in his truck on a phone call.
Now this female has taken a liking to me, and certainly isn't shy! She always came across as caring and kind, but I could feel a sense of sadness in her.
I spoke with a highly respected Psychic Medium who said that she was brought there with the hope of good things. Maybe invited over and taken with the unique beauty of the house accepted the invitation. Then things changed. He said that he then felt fear, entrapment, and panic. I was shocked! He didn't know anything about the Occult history, but by his reading, it sounded like she was lured in, and it didn't end well for her.
Maybe that is why she wanted me to find it, and the other did not. I am not sure, but now I have an even bigger mystery on my hands that will take a lot of research to validate. Good thing I love to research, and enjoy mysteries!
